We are a collective of companies focused on sustainable, productive and technological development, where we will create opportunities for the Northeast.

Who we are?

Carbon Valley emerged as a need to meet global regulations aimed at mass production, both in the agricultural sector and in the forestry sector with low carbon emissions, favoring the creation of environmentally sustainable business opportunities. We are the collective of Companies that work as a team, aiming at the Reforestation of degraded, deforested areas or areas with inadequate agricultural practices; use of Renewable Energies, as an alternative to avoid waste of environmental goods, in addition to a long useful life; and the Carbon Credit Certification, is the means of balancing the pollution arising from everyday activities that are highly polluting, among other projects that encompass the universe of the Valley.

Through the Carbon Valley, it is possible to make the Northeast a reference for Sustainable Projects, with greater productivity, whether in the forestry, agricultural, livestock, social, economic and technological sectors.

With this initiative, companies gain greater visibility in the market, positively impacting the growth and development of the headquarters region, the companies responsible for the project, and beneficiary agents that grow throughout the Northeast, expanding to other regions.

Our Targets

Through our project, we managed to meet the following Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): n° 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15 and 17, promoting sustainable management; conservation of native species and proper use of the soil; certification of carbon credits, to meet the demands of the country and others that cannot reach their productions; favoring the foreign market.

The Carbon Credit Certification projects were carried out based on the Zero Carbon Program, where the Forcert Company, together with City Halls and Environmental Departments of the state of Ceará, through a Municipal Decree, meet the environmental demands established for adequacy of each participating Municipality, for the supply of production and sale of carbon credits based on basic rules of Cop Paris Protocols reaffirmed at Cop Glasgow.

After this stage is concluded, the Forcert Company, through its business agents, searches for rural landowners to survey the areas suitable for certification and commercialization of carbon credits.

This project model has already started and covers the following municipalities: Aiuaba, Arneiroz, Catunda, Várzea Alegre, Independência, Nova Russas, Novo Oriente, Parambu and Poranga in the State of Ceará, as well as Buriti dos Montes, Castelo and São Miguel do Tapuio in the State from Piauí.
